Selections Coordinator

Job Description
Award winning Home Builder needs a talented & outgoing Selection Coordinator to work with our custom home buyers. The position involves
managing the companies home selection process, product & pricing, specifications, options/upgrades lists, buyer change orders, showroom
materials. You will work directly with home buyers ( as the client liaison) assisting them with their personal interior/exterior home choices using our Buildertrend on line selection system keeping them on task & on schedule. This position also provides sales assistance to the Sales Director offering neighborhood info, home /land pricing, demonstrating the model home features & benefits, site walks of neighborhoods, capture client data for the companies CRM system & other administrative tasks that may arise. The position works directly with the Sales Director. the work schedule is 9:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday and is based at the companies model home. Experience in new home construction sales or design center or new home furnishings a plus. Training provided. Resume and 3 references required. We practice social distancing.
