Design and function: Excellent single floor living with plenty of accessibility, making aging in place extremely comfortable. Everything from pantry and laundry to owner’s suite all on the same level, two steps in from the garage makes bringing in groceries a breeze. A well thought out design that allows plenty of freedom and with the upstairs suites’ privacy for both the owners and guests.

Physical plant: Well engineered for structure, function and reliability. Well built, excellent material choices as far as minimal maintenance with Hardie Board and Azek trims. Energy efficient heating and cooling systems and we never run out of hot water with our tankless even with guests.”
