Located just off Route 3 at Exit 3 in Plymouth, MA it is the largest master planned community in the Northeast. The Pinehills is planned to be a 3,000 home community, 3 golf courses, commercial space, and a Village Green shopping district. A town within a town, the Pinehills boasts it's own water company, sewer treatment facility, post office, the Market general store and even a fire station.
